The earlier we receive your Company's profile, the faster we can post it on our web site for 24/7 access before the actual Fair. We would appreciate having your information by 28th February 2003, the latest.

Your Forum presentation will handled in an interview-style format. There is no special preparation necessary, however, we need to know the Name of the Interviewee and your chosen topic of discussion. This information will be immediately uploaded to your web site. If you would like to communicate something special, please fill in your additional comments.

It is our pleasure to prepare your name badges in advance of the Fair. We would appreciate having the names of all known company representatives who will be attending the HANNOVER FAIR as soon as they are confirmed within your own organisation. Name badges are needed as they your entry to our daily lunches and Networking Evenings.
